Proposed Award Status and Future Administration

NO ACTIVE MONETARY AWARD. The proposed award has not launched, is not currently funded, and is not accepting entries. No prior attempt, email, test result, or submission qualifies for a prize or reserves a place in a future competition.

1. Independent research remains open

Visitors may review the theory, use published software, reproduce calculations, and send ordinary research comments. These activities do not constitute entry into a prize competition.

2. Conditions before any launch

The website owner intends to consider launching an award only after: (a) the entire prize is deposited with an independent escrow agent under an enforceable agreement; (b) adequate separate funding and contractual responsibility for legal counsel, independent verification, three judges, administration, insurance as appropriate, and dispute resolution are established; (c) qualified counsel approves the official rules and funding arrangements; and (d) an explicit Effective Launch Date is publicly announced. No launch date is promised.

3. Proposed two-stage review

If an award launches, the intended preliminary technical gate is successful verification of the first 100 published automated patterns, followed by evaluation of the remaining 204 documented requirements and review by three independent judges under final rules. No 12-month waiting period or peer-reviewed journal publication is required by this proposed process. No authenticated Java success token is represented as currently existing.

4. No current entry procedure

There is no active submission address, entry deadline, priority rule, or entitlement to payment. Final eligibility criteria, deadlines, receipt methods, verification, adjudication, and dispute procedures will be established in official rules before launch. These preparatory statements are not a binding prize offer.

5. Financial and legal responsibility

The intended structure is for a separate sponsor or administrator to contract for and pay contest expenses. The allocation of duties, liability, and funding will depend on signed agreements and applicable law. No assurance of immunity from legal claims is made.

Draft prepared October 16, 2026. Review with qualified counsel before relying on these provisions or launching any prize.
